The Copper Coast in Co. Waterford is a beautiful part of Ireland that is often overlooked. This rugged and wild coastline is home to some of the most spectacular scenery in the country, with soaring cliffs, sheltered coves and rolling hills. Not far from the holiday attractions of Tramore, The Copper Coast is a a hidden gem along the south coast of Ireland.

Our photography tour starts at Kilfarrasy where we will start shooting just before sunrise. Kilfarrasy Beach is a secluded spot on the Copper Coast that is perfect for photography. We will spend about a hour or so after sunrise shooting at this location before moving on to the next spot.

The locations of this tour are not set in stone but our aim is to visit 2 or 3 other locations along the Copper Coast throughout the photography tour.

09:00 - We will travel to multiple locations along the coast

What You Will Learn

During the workshop you will learn how to use Manual Mode on your camera. This will include shooting long exposures (slow shutter speed), using Polariser ND filters and compositions.

Weather

Our tours are dependent on the weather. The Irish weather can be very changeable. We check the weather regularly and if we find the weather will be too bad for photographing in, we will make a call to contact participants and give a choice of a refund or to postpone to another date.

Transport

You will park your car at the meeting point. From there we will take care of the transport for the day. We finish with sunset back at the meeting point where you can collect your car at the end of the tour.
